Starting with an even more brittle shell and stuffing it with the brightest and thickest neon fill Empire can conjure in its lab. Tall tales of Ultra Evil breaking on mosquitos and being so brittle that a 2 inch drop test may be a little exaggerated - but not by much. This is truly the most brittle paint you can find and is meant for low pressure systems.
